Studying at the University of the Sunshine Coast was fun. My classes definitely kept me busy with reports, presentations and tests throughout the semester and gave me the opportunity to learn a lot. Besides going to the actual lectures and tutorials I took advantage of USC’s study support offers such as workshops and drop-in sessions which helped me complete my assessment tasks.
The Sunshine Coast has a lot to offer in terms of leisure. Most of the time the weather was perfect for going to the beach, visit different events like Caloundra Music Festival or Oktoberfest, and to explore the surroundings including the Glasshouse Mountains, Mt Coolum, Kondalilla Falls and Buderim Forest.
I lived at Varsity – one of the student accommodations – where I made many friends from different countries and enjoyed great social events.
I can recommend the University of the Sunshine Coast to anyone who is interested in doing a semester abroad in Australia.
